I'm transparent in my motivations and recognize the many factors at play. I believe it's possible to balance altruistic and commercial agendas. Succeeding with Spring means becoming a global player in the social media and learning space, bringing success, financial rewards, and the ability to impact millions globally. It also means proving myself to anyone who doubted the idea or thought it was too ambitious. I am at peace with wanting to create a legacy around this work.
I have always advocated for justice and fairness. I want Spring to stand as a testament to the individual's journey, helping people learn, grow, and make life-changing decisions.
Having spent ample time in the world of technology and investment, I understand that investors are primarily driven by returns rather than impact. Humanistic and environmental goals often take a backseat to profits. At Spring, we believe we can be equally, if not more, profitable in the long term by prioritizing the individual user first.
And, this is urgent. I don't like to use clichées but the world needs this more than ever. Every person that we help will create a ripple effect at work, at home, and in their communities.
It's time for Spring.
